Channel Balance and Sash Guide Identification

Question

I have the same idenification on my channel balance, but the top is different. Also do you offer replacement parts for the sash where the channel balance contacts?

Hello,

It looks like you can use our 19-002 top balance fitting for your black top balance fitting. Color doesn't matter since you don't see it when attached to the balance. The 19-002 is usually used on our Series 351 and Series 390 channel balances. We'll need to see an unbroken top sash guide with some dimensions to help you. Thank you!
