We may be able to supply you with the replacement balances you need, but I'll need to see clearer photos of the top and bottom attachments to identify the correct replacement. The stamp from the balance will only indicate the weight range the balances should be able to hold to support the weight of the sash.

In the meantime, your sash guide looks a lot like the 18-179 Top Sash Guide. To determine if this is the right replacement, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing guides.
