Channel Balance and screen retaining clips

Thanks for contacting us. Let's start with the balance first. My associate Jody tells me that your balance has a 1" wide shoe and an installation hook on top. Can you confirm? I would recommend removing the balance from the window to get an accurate measurement of the shoe width. If so, we can specially make this for you. I just need to know how many of each you need.
