Channel Balance and top sash guides

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to identify your balances or the top sash guides by the brand of the window and the photos provide.

I'll need to see a photo of both parts removed from the window to properly identify the replacements you need. Take a look at the video tutorials below that detail how to remove the balances and the top sash guides.

Once removed I'll need to see the top and bottom, plastic attachments from the balance and the stamp.
