Channel Balance, and top, and shoe

Question

Looking for Channel Balance. It is 29", window eight is about 12 pounds, and current balance is stamped 2620/. I'd also like the the top and shoe plastic parts.

The balance comes with a top guide and shoe attached. If you have a 19-005 top and a 15-001 shoe, then you can use the Series 395. Your length is making me a bit skeptical, though. A "2620" balance usually measures 27" from one end of the metal to the other. Re-measure and choose the balance that's the same length as the metal channel.

If it happens that your balance actually does measure 27", you'd need an S395-27 with a 2620 stamp option. If it measures 29", you can use S395-29 with a 2820 stamp.
