The entire balances themselves
AND those small little clips that fit into the slots of the windows which seems to hold the balances in place

Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like the top and bottom fittings are wingless like the Series 351 and Series 390. The difference between them is the depth of the bottom fitting so you'll have to measure as shown below. There should also be a stamp on the metal channel. Can you tell us what it is?
As for the top sash guide, can you remove it from the window and show us a photo from a side angle? We don't recognize the "clips" however. Can you show us a photo of them installed?

Three (3) things
1. The bottom shoes are 1 1/6" but look identical to the 351.
On the window itself , there are two (2) plastic components needed and reflected in the five (5) attached pictures.
2. Pictures 1-3 reflect these top corner pieces which appear to hold the channel in place
3. Pictures 4-5 reflect these tiny plastic clips where there's 4 of them, one in each corner of the window which also appear to help guide or hold the channels.

Did you mean the shoe is 1-1/16" deep? If so, we don't sell a balance with a 1-1/16" deep shoe. I wonder if the bottom shoe was once 1-3/32" but wore down over time from use. Though we can't be certain, it is possible.
Regarding the part in your last photo, it looks like that may be a face guide of some sort. Take a look at our selection here and see if you think one of them could be adapted to your window sash.
We don't sell the top sash guide shown here and I'm not sure we have a suitable match but please allow us to look into that further. We'll reach out as soon as we have an answer for you.

Upon closer look at the photos of your balance, we suspect it may be the Series 390 which comes attached with a 1-1/8" deep shoe. We recommend double-checking your measurement just to be safe.
