I need to replace two channel balancers for one window.
Does the number 32 indicate that the metal part is 32 inches long?
Any additional help that you can provide to assist me in getting the correct balance would be appreciated.

This is an additional question to my initial post.
I think I have found the correct replacement balance (S380?33).
Does the imprint (32 5 GV CMC 2) indicate that the correct option is "3250" and the sash weight range is 28 to 32 pounds? Thanks for your help.

Hello, thank you for posting,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
Based on the stamp, the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 33" long and you will need a 3250 stamp option that can support a 28 to 32 lb sash weight.
