Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can help, but that stamp is not an identifier. It just tells us the balance's strength. We will need you to remove the channel balance from the window and show us clear photos of the nylon attachments on the top and bottom of the metal channel. We'll also need clear photos of the underside or 'guts' of the metal channel. We should be able to narrow this down from there.

Here are the pictures requested. This from another window that needs balancer replacements also.

Body of balancer is 27" x 9/16"

Thanks for your assistance.

Perfect, thanks so much for these photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

I also suggest remeasuring the length of the metal channel. Based on a stamp of "24 5," it should only be 25" long, not 27". Make sure that you're only measuring the metal channel.

Thank you very much for your assistance. I ended up ordering two balancers for another window but verified all measurements using your information above.

Awesome, I'm glad to hear it! As long as your windows are working again, that's all that matters to us.

Thanks for considering us and please feel free to reach out if you had any follow up questions.
