Channel Balancer Part Inquiry

These came from a vinyl window, it looks like the plastic piece that holds the cord snapped which is why it fell out of place in my window, it keeps pulling up to the top of the window as I open it. The markings I see on the channel balancers that are engraved is 21, 4, OJ, BSI.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S351-22 and S390-22 with the 2140 stamp option. The difference between the two Series is the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown below and see which one matches up best.
