Channel Balancer guide and pivot shoe replacement

Unfortunately, we don't sell this exact balance assembly but I believe our series 770 can be used in its place. The metal channel is the same size so it should be okay. You'll just need to determine the strength option that you'll need by referencing the chart shown under the balance product description that shows the sash weight range supported by each option. 

Your pivot shoe, on the other hand, is a bit of a mystery. The cam is a little peculiar at 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick. I'm confident that we can find a good fit, but I'd like to see the pivot bar that fits into it first to make sure that whatever we recommend will be compatible with your original pivot bar. Thanks for getting back to us. I suspect that you could use either the 15-231 or 15-210 pivot shoe, depending on the thickness of the corner lock. The 15-210 measures 5/8", while the 15-231 has a 9/16" bumper. Review the specifications below compared to an undamaged pivot shoe to confirm which would be the best match. Thank you!
