Channel Balancers

Question

I have two Lawson Industries LI-613 Series SH-7500 aluminum single hung windows which need replacement channel balancers. The windows are 36" wide by 62" height. The bottom pane weighs 14 pounds. The channel balancers are 1/2" wide and have the following identifiers: 2920 NL BSI.

Thanks for your post! This window balance is similar to both the S380-30 and the S385-30. To determine which of these is the correct match, confirm the depth of the bottom shoe.

Our 2920 stamp will support a sash weighing 12 to 16lbs.
