Channel Balances

A home owner from St Pete FL says:
In each photo the left side channel balance is what I ordered, the right side is what I have.
Clearly I ordered the wrong thing. Please help me identify what I need to order to replace my existing channel balances.

Hi there!

It looks like you could have either our Series 351 or Series 390 channel balance, depending on the depth of your bottom shoe. The Series 351 has a 1" deep shoe while the Series 390 has a 1-1/8" shoe. Take a look at the image below to see which one matches best. There should also be a stamp on your metal channel that will tell you which spring strength option you'll need.

You can also see our return policy here
