Channel Balances

Question

I am looking for channel balances (2920 BMI BI) to replace some that are broken. The channel balance is 30" long. The top end nylon part that locks into the (top sash guide pan am) is what I am finding hard to find. Is this style of channel balance with the ends like pictures attached something you carry?
