there are several models very similar I'm not sure which one is I hope your help thanks, it's the piece that go to the sides of the window

Hello,
It looks like you have either our S390 on the left, 1-1/8” thick, or S351 on the right, 1” thick, channel balance. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need to know the length of your balance and the weight of your sash in order to choose the correct option.
