Non tilt 1/2" Channel Balances

Trying to determine if you carry the replacement parts for these channel balances. Our windows are non-tilt & the balances are 1/2"

Hi Margaret, thanks for reaching out to SWISCO. The stamps you provided are a good start, but we'll need to see the entire balance removed from the window to be able to determine the replacement option. Specifically, the top and bottom plastic attachments. Thanks!

Perfect, thank you! These pics are exactly what we need. I would recommend our S385-27 with a 2630 stamp option for the Den, and then I'd recommend our S385-33 balance with a 3220 stamp option for the Dining room.

The Series 385 comes with a 19-005 top fitting and 15-004 bottom fitting. You may want to glance over our dimensions for these fittings juuuuust to be 100% sure.
