Channel Balances

I need 1/2" channel balance replacements on 2 of my windows. I removed one from each window to measure and identify. One is 19"-stamped 1830, and the other is 28"-stamped 2730. There is also B.S.I. stamped on both balances. I have identified the top fitting as 19-002 and the bottom shoe as 15-005. I don't see this combination in your available channel balances. I am not currently where I can upload any good pictures to you. I only have my cell phone with me and it doesn't have a very good camera. I could send you pictures through it, but they won't be very good as my cell phone is very old and not up to today's quality. Can you help me?

Thanks for contacting us! Sounds like you know exactly what you need. We don't supply this combination of attachments as a standard Series, as you pointed out, but we could custom make it for you. That wouldn't be any issue at all. Can you just tell me how many of each you need? Once I know that, I can email you an order link and price quote for each balance you're looking for.

Thank you for your quick response! I need to replace both sides in each window, so I need 2 of each size. I am trying to get my home ready to rent, so I need to fix these windows ASAP. How long would it take to get these?
