Thank you for the clarification. You may want to start your search with taking a look at our S390-33 channel balance. Take a look to see if this is compatible with yours. If so, your balance should have a stamped number on your balance. That number will provide which stamp option to choose when ordering replacement balances. If there isn't a number on the balance, then you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the sash weight chart on the product page.
