Both my upper guide attachments for my bedroom window broke. The number on the balance is 2930 with the letters BSI above the numbers. My window is a non tilt window. The balances are 1/2 " wide and the length from metal edge to metal edge is 29 3/8 ". When I shopped on your site I was only able to find 300 series balances.
