Channel Balances

There are some markings on the channels and they are as follows:
For my home office window the channel is marked 17 5 JR Caldwell.
For the master bedroom it's 32 5 JR Caldwell
For the living room it's 32 3 GQ Caldwell
I had one more photo but it looks like I maxed out. Please contact me at my email address if you need more/different photos. I'm guessing that I send this to you to verify my choices and then I place my order with payment. Correct?
I hope this helps in getting the order right the first time.
Many thanks for your assistance.
Steve

I'm afraid I can't confirm is the Series 380 is a match or not. Your photos here only show the top fitting, which is helpful, but the bottom fitting is equally as important. Would it be possible to get a clear picture of that? You can upload them directly to this page. We don't need too many different angles, just a clear shot of it from the side and back would be sufficient.

I'm working with three different rooms and you only allow for five photos so I'm sending the last two photos in a separate email.
Office channels are 1/2" wide and 18" in length. Bottom shoe is 1" Sash wt. is 15lbs.
Living room channels are 1/2" wide and 33" in length. Bottom shoe is 1" Sash wt. is 22.8lbs.

Thanks for you help.

Thank you. Since all shoes have a 1" depth, the Series 380 would be my top pick.
All orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience.

Please let me know about that and if those numbers don't have any meaning I'll write up my order as soon as I hear from you. Thank you in advance.

Those stamps aren't product codes in any sense, no. They just tell me how strong the spring is. Each stamp you listed is actually used by dozens of different balance configurations, so it's not possible to use them to zero in on any singular product.
Identifying a balance is a matter of analyzing multiple different aspects of its design and the size of its components. There isn't going to be one silver bullet, so to speak, that lets you know everything.
