Channel Balances

Thanks for posting! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement balances you need; although, to confirm the correct replacements I'll need to see a clear photo of the top and bottom plastic attachments to identify the right series.

I'll also need to know the exact weight of the sash. Your stamps do not cross-reference with the stamps on our balances and since they are so different from one another, we'll need to know the sash weight. The stamps are what determine the weight range the balances should be able to carry to support the weight of the sash.

You may also want to consider replacing the top sash guides on the top right and left corner of the sash. These are there to guide the window in the track when opening and closing the window as well as prevent the balances from shooting up into the track. I will need to see a photo of the part to identify the correct replacement as well.
