Channel Balances

Question

Attached are pictures of the channel balance that is in a majority of my 2nd floor windows. The aluminum body is 26 & 3/8 inches long with "2630" stamped on the back. There are also 2 additional windows with identical top and bottom portions. The only difference is that the length is 20 & 3/8 inches long and "2030" is stamped on the back. The picture limit was 5 pictures, so i only attached pictures of the "2630" model.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our Series 351 or Series 390 looks like a match depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.

I'm afraid we can't supply a balance with your length though. Based on the stamps you've given, the metal channel should measure 27" and 21". The closest we could offer is 26" and 20" but we can't promise these lengths would work. You'd also have to weigh the window sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the S351 and S390 product pages to determine the proper stamp for the 26" and 20" replacements.
