The old balance had the marking of 34C BSI RL on the metal square channel. The length from the top to the end is approximately 35 inches.

This is a new discussion. I need a replacement Channel Balance for my tilt out double hung window. Attached are pictures of the broken channel balance.

We should be able to replace this hardware, though your balance will need to be custom made. Before we can start, can you tell me how many you need?
