Great pictures! It looks like you have our S385 replacement balance series. Choose the S385-27 with option 2640.

Thank you for the answer. My sash is barely over 3 pounds, can you confirm the 2640 option ? I would have pick 2610 since I read in another thread the options were all about weight.

Are you sure your window weighs 3 lbs.? Did you remove it from the frame and place it on a scale?

The 2640 stamp option supports a weight range of approximately 19 through 26 lbs.

Yes, I did remove it and put it on a scale: 3.2 lbs
It is very small and the frame is made of plastic.

We recommend the stamp 2610, which will support a window weight range of approximately 5 through 9 lbs.
