1. 37inch long w/o top stop or bottom shoe - channel measures 1/2 inch. Plastic shoe measures 7/8 inch front to back( Marking on back 3630)

Need help on identifying and order the correct replacement balances and hardware for top and bottom and the stop for the window frame. Thanks

Thanks for posting. It appears you have two 37" balances stamped 3630. If the bottom nylon fitting is 7/8" deep, then you need custom balances with the 15-029 7/8" shoe attached. Could you obtain the exact weight of the window sash that uses these 3635 stamped balances? See which weight range it falls into: 18 through 23 lbs, which means we can again use a stamp option of 3630; or 23 through 30 lbs, which will instead suggest we use the 3640. |
