Thanks for posting. It appears you have two 37" balances stamped 3630. If the bottom nylon fitting is 7/8" deep, then you need custom balances with the 15-029 7/8" shoe attached. I've sent you an email with a custom link to order a pair of these balances. Let me know if you have any further questions.

A handy person from Palm City, FL says:
I'm sorry the second request above is stamped 3635. What balance replacement do I need for that Alcan window?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Could you obtain the exact weight of the window sash that uses these 3635 stamped balances? See which weight range it falls into: 18 through 23 lbs, which means we can again use a stamp option of 3630; or 23 through 30 lbs, which will instead suggest we use the 3640.

A handy person from Palm City, FL says:
The sash weighs 30 lbs. I also need the top sash Guides for all the balances I have uploaded a picture of a broke guide that is missing the bottom half. The flat top of the guide measures 1/2" wide X 3/4; long -see photos thanks

Thanks for getting back to me. I just sent a second email with a custom link to order (2) of these balances but stamped 3640. This stamp option will cover a window that weighs exactly 30 lbs. Let me know if you have any other questions. For your Top Sash Guide, see our 18-161
