Channel Balances & Balance Caps

Question

Hi. I need 12 replacement balances and 6 balance caps. The balances are 5/8" square and the full length of the metal is 43". Balance number engraved is 42S53. Also, the windows (aluminum) are installed in a masonry opening but we're not shimmed on the sides and need shimming. Do you stock shims?

Thanks for reaching out! These will likely need to be custom order balances. To confirm pricing and availability for your balances, I'll need to know the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. The measurement should either be 1" or 1-1/8". Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

The balances caps are what we refer to as top sash guides. Take a look at part 18-159P, which is sold as a pair. Compare the dimensions to confirm that these are the right fit.
