Channel Balances - different top

A contractor from Florida says:

Hello, I have a single window I need to replace both balances in(1 pair of balances). The balance top is a bit different. I can't find a premade balance on your website that has the same top. Could you help me identify and order, please?

I believe your 30" balance channel has a 19-045 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting, but that your wings have just broken off. Please look these pieces over and let me know if you agree. 

If so, we need to custom make your balance since that isn't a stock configuration. Let me know if you agree with my assessment and I will email you a purchase link and price quote for 2 that you can use to place an order on our site.
