Channel Balances for Double Hung Windows

Question

I do not know the manufacturer of the windows. They are double hung but do not tilt out.
The Channels are 1/2" Wide and 22" Long (metal only). The spring is 12-1/4" long. The cords are 6" long and there are two pulleys at the top and bottom.
The stamp on the channel in 2140. I tried to match to your photos and I think they are S380-22 but I would like help so I make sure to get the correct parts.
I have two windows so I need 4 channels.

Your window balances can be replaced with either the S380-22 or the S385-22. To determine the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

The 2140 stamp should be the one you need for your repairs.
