Channel Balances for Milgard single hung window

Question

Hello-

I would like to order two replacement channel balances for my Milgard single hung window. The markings on the existing balance is as follows:

32 5 CU CMC 2 (see photo)

The length of the metal portion of the balance is 33 inches.

One of two channel balances has failed and I would like to purchase two to replace both balances. Photos attached are of the channel balance that is not damaged (end photos as well as a full length photo with the markings)

Please advise on which product will be the correct replacement.

Hey Bill. This looks like either an S380-33 or S385-33 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the heel-to-toe measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both balances with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case for a stamp option choose 3250.
