Channel Balances for downstairs

Question

I need to order channel balances for my downstairs windows. Pic ending in 651, the clip is pointed downwards because the other one is pointed in the other direction ?

I need replacement parts and what other parts do I need?

Hello,

It appears you have either the Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 33" long and you will need a 3230 stamp option.

I am not sure what you mean by the hook pointed in a different direction? The picture ending in 651 appears to be the correct direction. I apologize for any misunderstanding.
