Channel Balances required for 3 NuAir 3'0" x 5'0" single hung insulated glass windows

Existing balances marked "J 2444#", metal channel is 1/2" wide and 25" long excluding the plastic end pieces. The sash weighs approximately 22 pounds.

Thanks for shopping with us. It looks like you need either the series 380 or Series 385 balances. The difference lies in the shoe. The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is 1 1/32" deep from front to back. The Series 385 has the 15-005 shoe which is 1" deep. If you measure your shoe you should be able to determine which one you need. Please let me know if you have other questions.

My apologies, I mistyped. The 15-004 shoe measures 1-3/32" from front to back, not 1-1/32". You're right about 1/32 not making a difference; 3/32 just barely does! The shoe is the bottom plastic piece, shown in the center photo above. You'll want to measure it like this:
