Here is photos of parts, the channel balances are 28"x1/2" with non wing top guide and 1 1/8 " shoe with 2730 J stamped on it. The 390 looks very close. The Top Sash guide is a liittle more confusing but attached photos and hope helps. I neeed 20 channel balances and 36 Top Sash guides. If questions or any more information please ley me know.

Welcome to SWISCO. Steven. If your bottom balance nylon shoe happens to measure 1-1/8" in depth, you should be able to use our S390-28 channel balance with a 2730 option as a replacement with no troubles. Once you have looked at that part, take a close look at our 18-009 top sash guide. This is the closest match we offer. Let us know if this will work for you.
