Channel Ballances

My channel balance metal part only measures 24 5/8 inches long. It is the 1/2 inch channel. The only stamp noted is 24 - 3. The measurement from the top of the plastic end to the top of the wing is 1 inch. I'm thinking to the bottom of the wing would probably be the 1 3/32 you show. The length seems to be an odd measurement. What channel balance would you recommend?
