The only markings on the part are:

36 5 GW CMC 11

It is 37 inches tall with a winged off-white plastic top guide and a non-winged off-white plastic bottom guide, circa 2004.

I am confident we can help, but can you show me pictures of the nylon fittings on either end of the metal channel, preferably without the balance out of the window? Seeing their exact shape is crucial for identification. Many thanks.
