Channel Block & Tackle Window Balance replacement

Hello there. I'm confident we can replace this channel balance, but I would like to verify one extra detail. Can you give me clear photos of the entire underside or 'guts' of the metal channel? Once we confirm one extra facet we should be able to move this along.

Perfect, thanks. This is either an S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below. Compare both with your old balance to see what matches best. In either case for a stamp option choose 2640.
