Channel Blocks and Pulleys Window Balancing Seals

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the stamp printed on the metal channel isn't a part number. It doesn't tell us what you may have, unfortunately. We must see a complete and undamaged balance assembly removed from the window. What we're looking for are clear and up close photos of the top and bottom fittings. 

As for the seals, can you remove an undamaged sample and show us a shot of the end profile? 

Thank you! Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. You may need to use an undamaged version of the balance as a reference. I apologize for not asking that before! 

No worries, these will do! I appreciate you getting that for us. You can use the S380-27 or S385-27 with the 2650 stamp option based on these photos. The difference between the two Series is the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best replacement option.
