From a Lawson non-tilt window. Stamped on the part: 2840 BSI. It is a 1/2" channel.
The metal portion of the guide is exactly 29", not including the plastic end caps.
Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide in identifying the correct replacement part.

I'm afraid I cannot determine what you have from this information. Series is determined by the size and style of the plastic end caps you mentioned. We will need to see a clear photo of each in order to match it up to the appropriate balance on our site.

Thanks for getting back to us. This is perfect, just what we needed to see. Take a look at our S385-29 channel balance with a 2840 stamp. I'm pretty sure this would be a good match.
