Hello -
I am a property manager trying to get a channel/block and tackle sash balance replaced for a tenant remotely...I don't have access to take measurements, but have included several photos provided by the tenant. The only marking on the back of the channel are: "21 5" and in smaller text with different orientation about 1" to the right, "BSI" or possibly "BS1". Photo of these markings is attached here. I would be looking to order 4 sets of these same balances.

21.5" Length, 9/16" width. "21 5" stamped on the back. Bottom fitting has a roller in it. Window manufacturer is unknown. Seeking 8 balances total. I had submitted a request yesterday indicating I was seeking better photos and measurements. Those are now included here. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

We just sent over an order link and price quote for the balances you requested. Please note that the metal channels of your balances should measure 21-5/8" long, not including the end fittings. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
