Channel Window Balance

Thanks for writing in! Based on the measurement for the depth of your shoe, it is likely this balance will need to be a custom assembly. However, before we move forward, can you confirm that the shoe isn't damaged in any way? It may be a good idea to double check a different balance to confirm.

Also, I'll need to know the stamp from the metal channel of the balance. The stamp is what indicates the weight range your balance should be able to carry to support the weight of your sash.
