Channel balance

A quick learner from Santa Clara, CA says:
Width is 5/8" (not sure if it is same as 3/4"). Length measures 30".
Need help identifying this channel balance and the pricing information. The window panes are wide, will I be able to use 1/2" channel balances instead of 3/4" ones? Please refer to the pictures and suggest. Appreciate any advice you can offer. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out. It is most likely, you have a 1/2" channel. So either our S380-30 or our S385-30 with a 2960 stamp would be the best replacement balances for you.

To determine the series, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. It should either be 1" or 1-3/32". If the measurement does not match either of these dimensions, let me know.

Thanks for helping me identify the part, Jasmine! 1/2" makes sense, because the width on the front side is 1/2" and at the back side is 5/8".

The depth of the bottom shoe is 1-3/32". It's a subtle ~2mm difference between the two. But I measured many times and it is 1-3/32".

Thanks again!!
