This balances is compatible with either the 15-178 or the 15-188 pivot shoe. To determine which shoe is the right fit for your window, you'll need to confirm the measurements the thickness of your shoe. The 15-178 has a 17/32" thickness, the 15-188 has a 1/2" thickness.
There are a few different pivot bars compatible with both shoes. I'll need to see a photo of your original pivot bar to confirm the correct replacement.
It would be best to see an undamaged piece of hardware removed from the window.

Your pivot bar looks like our 26-403. Carefully compare the measurements to your existing pivot bar to confirm that this is the correct replacement. Although, I am confident this is the correct match.
