Channel balance

Thanks for writing in! Your channel balances appear to be Extended-Travel Balances. These types of balances have a wheel installed in the shoe and a hook/clip attached to the shoe. I am confident we can supply you with the replacements you need but they will need to be a custom assembly.

That said, I am not able to see the clip or hook attached to the shoe of the balance in your photos. These balances typically have them, so if your balance does not, you'll need to find an undamaged balance with this part attached. It is important to confirm which clip/hook your balances have as they are important for the installation of the balance.

I'll also need to see a clear photo of the side profile of the bottom shoe.

Once I have this information, I'll be able to get the link sent over so that you can purchase your balances. Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Thanks for the photos. They do provide most of the information requested; although, these balances do appear to be missing the hook/clip from the bottom shoe. As mentioned, this piece of the balance is important for its installation, they are what anchor the balance to the window channel.
