27" - stamped 2640 AF. With another stamp B.S.I.

I just don't know the correct bottom or top attachments.

Thanks for posting! Your channel balance reminds me of the S395-27 Channel Balance. Like yours, this balance is assembled with a winged top and wingless bottom shoe.

You'll, of course, need to select the stamp option.
