Channel balance

Question

This is off a columbia window. I know its a channel balance and the only marking on it is 2420. It is 25" metal to metal and 26" plastic to plastic

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S351-25 or S390-25 with the 2420 stamp option. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below. Review the specifications and see what you think.
