Thanks for posting! Your window balance can be replaced with either the S380-27 or the S385-27. To confirm the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe.

The balance is stamped with a 26 4, so I believe you'll need our 2640 stamp option. This stamp supports sashes weighing 19 to 26lbs.
