We can replace this channel balance, but we need a little more information to narrow it down. Can you show me the top nylon fitting? I need a clear picture of it. Second, for the bottom nylon fitting or shoe, can you confirm its depth, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement? This measurement may be 1" (our 15-005), or it could be less than 1" (see our 15-029 7/8"). Let me know. From there we should be able to pinpont this.

Thanks for getting back to us. I still don't know what the depth of your shoe is. Was that something you were able to confirm? It's a very important detail.

I am afraid I still can't say for sure from pictures. Measuring the shoe is the only way. The image below depicts the depth of the 1" shoe on the Series 380, versus the the 1-3/32" depth of the Series 385 shoe. See if this helps you measure the depth. In the worst case, you could go with our Series 380, and if the depth proves to be too much, sand down the heel of the shoe slightly to make up the difference. Just note that modified items cannot be returned for refunds.
