Was looking for repl parts. I think it is the s385 with a med duty spring. I cannot get the weight. Which do you think it is and do you ship to Hawaii. Looking to replace 2. Thanks

Hello, thanks for writing in. I believe we can help with this, but it will need to be custom made due to its unique design. The bottom shoe with the wheel in it is not one of our stock options, though we can supply it. If you'd like to proceed I will need two pieces of information from you. Firstly, I will need to see the clip at the end of the pulley cord. Next, I will need to know your desired quantity. From there I can e-mail you a custom order link.

I have tried to upload and cannot. The clip is 1/4 in wide. I would want two.
