Hello, Gilbert. I'm very confident we can help you with this balance. However, this particular model is made in a few different varieties and I want to make sure we only get you the right one.

With that in mind, can you please show me a photo of where the spring and pulley system connect? There's a specific detail there that will tell me precisely which variation your balance is. We can make a recommendation from there.

Your top sash guide resembles the 18-171 shown below.

As for the balances, we can supply them through a custom order. We'll need to know if the bottom fitting measures .932", 1", or 1.088" deep. Please also confirm the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two.
