Looks like# 380 series, but not as rounded. Also, have 2 different balances.
Also need the top trim that attaches to the window.
Am I taking on too much to try to replace weatherstrip?

First, the shape of your bottom shoe should be fine. It's not different enough from our version of the Series 380 for it to make a difference, if the depth is 1".
As for replacing weatherstripping, it is totally doable. The strip should just slide out of the end of the channel. If the end of the channel is sealed, let us know and take pictures. There are ways to get around it, and we will let you know.
