Channel balance 26-30 replacement

Looking on your site I see two possible item that looks right. s351 or s390. Where do I measure to determine which balance I need.

You're right. Both our Series 351 and Series 390 balances look compatible to what you have. The only difference between these two balances lie within the 'depth' of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, the way it is shown in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances is the better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 2630 option that supports a sash weight of 13-19 pounds.
