Channel balance 26-4 AE5 CMC 54 help

Hi, I wanted to start a new discussion but it gave me an error and said to email you. I have attached a picture of our channel balance. We aren't sure which part to order to replace it. It has markings of: 26-4 AE5 CMC 54. Metal length is 27. Thank you. Which do you suggest?

Thanks for posting, Nicole. I see you sent a picture of the bottom nylon attachment, but we also need to see the top nylon attachment. Let me know!

Thank you. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

How would I know what the weight is for the channel balance?

It's determined by the stamp on your balance, which is "26-4". This translates to our 2640 stamp option.
